Prajakt Patil

Prajakt Patil co-founder of ADCON has over 12 years of professional experience working with Indian and International firms. His role has been significant in Design Management and Construction Administration of numerous IT & ITES Campuses, Commercial and Industrial projects. 

He was associated with Cannon Design International,a North America based multinational design firm. At Cannon Design as  Project Architect he was responsible for Design Management and Construction Administration of Tata Consultancy Services  Campus at Bhubaneswar, which involved co-ordination with Senior Designers in Cannon Design’s International Office, Clients,  Construction managers and Services  consultants. Prajakt with his systematic and disciplined approach  was instrumental  in setting up the Construction Documentation process for Cannon Design’s India practice. 

Prajakt’s  interest to  learn and explore Industrial  Architecture lead him to Citec Engineering OY  AB,  a Finland based multidisciplinary  Engineering  Company.  He operated from the firm’s Mumbai Office to manage Design and co-ordination with Services consultants across the globe. He was placed in Finland for strategic development programs. Mytishi Shopping & Office complex in Moscow, Russia; Vaasa Multipurpose Arena at Vaasa, Finland; NCC Apartments, Sweden are projects to name a few. He was actively involved in multiple Power Plant projects around the world. 

Prajakt worked with Edifice Architects- a leading design firm in India, during his initial years of practice. He had an opportunity to work on the prestigious IT & ITES Campuses like  Tata Consultancy Services at Bangalore, Thane and Hyderabad. While working on these projects he capitalized on the opportunity to represent Edifice on site and develop his site administrative skills in his early days of practice. 

Prajakt graduated from Kamala Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture and Environmental Studies, Mumbai in April 2004.

The project involved remodeling of the existing industrial structures and creating modern
