Raju Shinde

Raju Shinde co-founder of  ADCON has over 14+ years of professional experience working in India and Scandinavian countries. His experience involves design and implementation of various project typologies ranging from Healthcare, IT & ITES Campus,Commercial, Retail and Industrial. 

His experience includes 3 years with Cannon Design International, a North America based multinational design firm. At Cannon Design he was responsible for Programming, Design Management and Construction Administration of Healthcare projects which involved co-ordination with Senior Healthcare Designers in Cannon Design’s International Offices, Clients, Construction Managers and Services Consultants. His most recent projects include Max Institute of Healthcare Education and Research at Noida, Tata Main Hospital at Jamshedpur. His role was pivotal in spearheading Cannon Design’s Healthcare practice in India.

Prior to Cannon Design, Raju was associated with Neptune Group, a leading Residential and Retail Developer group in Mumbai as Assistant Design Manager.  His role as client representative involved co-ordination with International Concept Architects, Service Consultants and the Sales team in the design and execution process. During the tenure at Neptune he led the  team on critical projects like Magnet Mall- Commercial and Entertainment complex at Bhandup, Uptown- Commercial Office complex at Mulund, 100 Above- Premium residential apartment complex at Bhandup. 

Raju developed his skills as a leader at Citec Engineering Oy Ab, a Finland based multi-disciplinary Engineering Company. Raju was heading the Architectural Division for their international projects comprising a group of Architects and Engineers. He was stationed at Finland for project monitoring and strategic development programs. Some of the key projects accomplished at Citec include Vaasa Multipurpose Arena at Vaasa,Finland; ABB Factory in Poland, Mytishi Shopping &Office complex in Moscow, Russia and Multiple Power Plant projects around the world. 

After the initial years of practice in Mumbai and his home town Aurangabad, Raju joined Edifice Architects, a leading design firm in India. During his tenure he handled multiple large scale IT and ITES Campus projects. He spearheaded the Design Documentation team on key Architectural and Interior projects for Tata Consultancy Services at Chennai and Hyderabad, Syntel Global Development Centre, Chennai and Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City at Mumbai. 

Raju graduated from Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai in April 2002.  He has successfully completed project management fellowship conducted by Cannon Design Academy, Chicago.
